What services do you offer?
Our services include both group mentoring and coaching within a community that makes magic, and individual coaching in different area expertise. LIVE events are also included in the community plan. Courses are provided for the broader community and may be arranged in specific cohorts. Contact us for specific course offerings. These courses are aimed at transformational instruction that center Black people, with a focus on Black representation. This includes a component on exploring your own predispositions.

Our larger community caters to all educators. Within this larger community there are affinity groups which groups you with people of your choice that you’re most likely to make magic with. These include educators who are graduate students, current K-12 teachers, university instructors, and education researchers who want to transform their own way of thinking. The community is also collaborative giving you options to realize your dreams.

What is the process for managing guest invites?
Within our online guest management system, you’ll find a user-friendly “Invites” section. You can either manage it yourself or allow us to take care of it for you.
